Repair
We offer repairs onsite at the customer’s location and at the Shigiya (USA) facility in Schaumburg, Illinois, in the Chicago suburbs. Full rebuilds, including wheelhead and spindle, are performed at Shigiya (USA). More than $1 million in spare parts are stocked at our Schaumburg site. For emergency service available nights and weekends, Shigiya (USA) makes every attempt to help the customer’s maintenance staff over the phone at no charge.
Warranty
The standard warranty on Shigiya machines is one (1) year full service and parts. Additional years of coverage are available. Non-warranty work is billed per day plus expenses and parts.
